Overview

Celebrate Good Time is dedicated to the strategic planning and organisation of private, corporate and cultural events in Portugal.

These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of our services and apply to all projects developed by the brand.

By accepting a proposal, the client declares that they have read and agreed to these terms.

Nature of Services

Each event is developed in a personalised manner and may include:

  • Strategic planning
  • Concept development and styling
  • Supplier curation and coordination
  • Timeline management and execution
  • On-the-day presence and coordination

The specific scope will always be defined in a formal, personalised proposal.

Proposal and Formalisation

Following an initial conversation, a detailed proposal will be presented, including:

  • Description of services
  • Investment structure
  • Indicative timeline
  • Project-specific conditions

The date reservation and commencement of work are only considered confirmed upon:

  • Formal acceptance of the proposal
  • Payment of the agreed booking fee

Payment Terms

Payments will be made in accordance with the schedule defined in the proposal.

Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in temporary suspension of the project until the outstanding amount is settled.

Project Changes

Any significant change to the concept, scale or scope of the event may require a revision of the initial proposal.

We commit to communicating any budgetary or structural impact in a transparent and timely manner.

Cancellations

In the event of cancellation by the client:

  • The booking fee is non-refundable
  • Additional compensation may apply, proportional to the work already carried out

Each situation will be assessed with balance and professionalism.

Liability and Limitations

Celebrate Good Time commits to acting with rigour, diligence and professionalism. However, we cannot be held liable for:

  • Failures on the part of external suppliers
  • Changes imposed by competent authorities
  • Force majeure events (weather conditions, legal restrictions, extraordinary unforeseen circumstances)

Intellectual Property

Creative concepts, proposals and materials developed within the scope of the project are the intellectual property of Celebrate Good Time until full payment of the contracted services has been received.

All content on this website, including text and images, is protected by copyright. Images used may include original photography, licensed images or AI-generated content for illustrative purposes.

Reproduction or use without prior authorisation is strictly prohibited.

Image Rights

During the development and execution of events, photographs or videos may be captured for the purpose of project documentation.

Unless otherwise expressly indicated by the client, Celebrate Good Time may use event images for communication and portfolio purposes, including the website, social media and brand presentation materials.

In all cases, the privacy of clients and guests will be respected, with a focus on ambient shots, details and event styling. Should the client wish to restrict the use of images entirely, this must be communicated in writing in advance.

Confidentiality

All information shared in the context of the project will be treated as confidential by both parties.

Data Protection

The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with applicable legislation and with the Privacy Policy available on the website.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Portuguese law. In the event of a dispute, the courts of the jurisdiction where the company is registered shall have competence.
