01
Framework
Celebrate Good Time is dedicated to the strategic planning and organisation of private, corporate and cultural events in Portugal. These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of our services and apply to all projects developed under the brand.
By accepting a proposal, the client declares to have read and agreed to these terms in full.
02
Nature of Services
Each event is developed in a bespoke manner and may include:
- Strategic planning
- Concept development and styling
- Supplier curation and coordination
- Schedule management and execution
- On-site presence on the day of the event
The specific scope will always be defined in a formal, personalised proposal.
03
Proposal & Formalisation
Following an initial conversation, a detailed proposal will be presented including:
- Description of services
- Investment structure
- Indicative timeline
- Project-specific conditions
The date reservation and commencement of work are only considered confirmed after formal acceptance of the proposal and payment of the agreed engagement fee.
04
Payment Terms
Payments will be made in accordance with the schedule defined in the proposal. Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in a temporary suspension of the project until the outstanding amount is settled.
05
Project Amendments
Any significant change to the concept, scale or scope of the event may require a revision of the initial proposal. We commit to communicating any budgetary or structural impact in a transparent and timely manner.
06
Cancellations
In the event of cancellation by the client:
- The engagement fee is non-refundable
- Additional compensation may apply in proportion to the work already carried out
Each situation will be assessed with balance and professionalism.
07
Liability & Limitations
Celebrate Good Time commits to acting with rigour, diligence and professionalism. However, the brand cannot be held responsible for:
- Failures or breaches by external suppliers
- Changes imposed by competent authorities
- Force majeure events (weather conditions, legal restrictions, extraordinary unforeseen circumstances)
